Join My Two-Day, Six-Hour Cultivating Self-Love Workshop this August!
Why is self-love important?
Self-love is the root of everything you do and everything you are. You most likely were taught at an early age that to love yourself means you are selfish, narcissistic, and egoistic. You (especially we women) were taught to put EVERYONE else ahead yourself. You were taught conflicting messages from a young age about what it means to love, how to receive love, and where love comes from.
You were NOT taught that YOU ARE THE ESSENCE OF LOVE. Each and every one you beautiful souls is love. This love comes from the well within you. Love can never be bought. Love can never be discovered outside of yourself. When you love yourself, you want to do better for yourself. You want to follow your dreams, apply for your dream job, say what is on your mind. When you love yourself truly and fully, you are not afraid of being rejected or ridiculed by others because no matter what what occurs, you accept and love yourself as you are NOW. You know within your bones that you are worthy and deserving of cultivating, giving, and receiving love.
This workshop is for you if:
You seek validation and approval outside of yourself (with your partner, boss, friends, family members).
You have a difficult time accepting who you are (this could mean accepting what you believe to be flaws, imperfections, mistakes, shadows, etc. whatever you feel guilty and/or shameful for).
You feel unappreciated by others in your life. (You feel like you are always doing so much for others, but never feel like you are doing enough/never feel appreciated/acknowledged by others).
You have a difficult time setting boundaries with yourself and others. (Overworking, saying yes when you want to say no, trying to make others (clients, friends, family members) happy, not wanting to rock the boat or disturb the peace, doing what others want you to do when they want you to do it, feeling like you always have to show up for others).
You have difficultly receiving love from others (you find that you have to give others and in order to receive love, you feel uncomfortable receiving love/loving gestures from others, you feel you are unworthy to receive love from others and from yourself).
Want to love yourself but don’t know where to start. (You know loving yourself is important but you feel stuck in trying to make it happen).
You feel disconnected from your joyful, playful-self. You feel stuck in the monotonous routine of your life and want to explore and rediscover your bliss!
From this workshop you will:
Learn about self-love and what it means to you. I believe that we each have our own unique views about what it means to love ourselves. In this workshop you will discover what loving yourself truly and fully means to you. From here you will be able to release what doesn’t resonate not only in the area of love, but in areas of your life such as work, relationships, ways of thinking, hobbies, habits. When you know how to love yourself, you teach others how to love you as well.
Explore the importance of rewiring your beliefs about self-love. In this workshop I will teach you the power of your beliefs and the importance of rewriting your beliefs from ones that disempower and limit you, to beliefs that empower and cultivate more love within yourself and in all areas of your life. I will give you the tools to change your mindset to one of abundance, compassion, kindness, and sovereignty that helps increase your self-worth, joy, and loving relationships.
Learn the importance of receiving love. Receiving love is just as if not more important than giving love. If we cannot receive love, we disservice ourselves and those that try to give us love. In this workshop you will uncover what blocks you from receiving love and ways that you can begin to practice receiving love first from yourself and others. When you are open to receiving, you are open to the flow of your experience. You are not afraid of more intimate moments with yourself and others that you care about. You are more present to the experience and the feelings and sensations within you. You have a much more connected and rich experience of receiving and giving.
Find your joy! We will explore what it means to experience and cultivate joy within yourself in each moment of your life! You may be disconnected from joy. You may not even recall what brings you joy anymore. You may also think that you there is not enough time and space for joy in your life. In this workshop you will learn how to reconnect with your joy through inner-child work, creating pockets of joy, and committing to your joy every single day.
Engage in transformative practices to deepen your experience of love. Throughout our workshop we will be engaging in practices to help you embody what it means to love. I believe that it is important to have time for contemplation, reflection, questions, dialogue, and experiential practices to receive a more holistic and embodied experience. Practices include but not limited to:
Meditation
Breath-work
Journaling
Self-Love ritual
Mirror/Eye-Gazing
Inner-child work
Find more peace, fulfillment, validation, and compassion for yourself. When you truly and deeply love yourself for who you are, you are not constantly fighting yourself and your existence. You feel more at peace with yourself and your experience. You are not constantly searching for ways outside of yourself that you can fill the void within you, because when you love yourself fully you will feel full and whole. Self-love is also about validating yourself, your experience, and your emotions. This goes hand-in-hand with compassion for yourself. You are not perfect and that is ok. Loving yourself in spite of this blooms into a desire to spend more time with yourself, try new things, move through fears, and love others in your life exactly for who they are despite their imperfections.
Be a part of a supportive community of others to hold space. I am opening up this sacred circle for eight beautiful humans that want to embark on this journey of self-love together. I believe that this is one of the most courageous and rewarding journeys that we can take. Yet at the same time the process can be uncomfortable, challenging, and vulnerable. In this circle we will have open dialogue, allow ourselves and others to be seen, experienced, validated, and heard, and hold each other in a sacred and loving embrace. You will support others and be supported by others at the same time.
Logistics:
six hours spread out into three hour time-slots over two days. These two days will be one week a part to create space for integration. (we will take breaks in our sessions).
All sessions will be over Zoom. I will send out the link to your email prior to class time.

Now more than ever it is important for you to realize that love is not something you need to search for. Love is something that already exists with each and everyone of you. You deserve to feel love. You deserve to be loved by yourself and by others in true, deep, and authentic ways. You deserve to follow your joy, chase your passions, speak your authentic truth, and to take up space. Cultivating self-love helps you to do ALL of these things and more.
Cultivating Self-Love will also help you to:
Speak up for yourself at work, with your partner, with your friends, and family members to advocate for what you need, wants, and desire.
Set boundaries with yourself to have work/life balance, cultivate healthy and mutually-beneficial relationships, and to feel rested and respected by others and yourself.
Feel worthy enough to put your creative works out there, start a project you’ve always wanted to start, make goals you’ve been wanting to set, travel to your favorite place, invest in yourself and your health, as well as education, and fill up your own love-cup first!
Cultivating self-love for yourself will also help you to have more fulfilling and compassionate relationships with those that mean the most to you. When you love yourself you love others without judgment, you fight less, you express more in open and honest ways, and you love each other deeper.
Reconnect with and heal your inner-child to find joy in yourself and in all areas of your life. Healing your inner-child will also help you to release resentments from your childhood and heal traumas that you experienced as well so that you can feel more peace and abundance in the present moment.
Register for the workshop here and start your journey back to the true essence of yourself: love.
Room for only ten beautiful humans.

Love from past participants of my workshop:
“Allowing myself to journey into my own heart to help acknowledge and dislodge some of the hurt or self doubt I carry, was such a nice offering from Rylee. I was very excited about cultivating self love to help me grow in love with some of the sides of me I have forgotten, and with the people around me. I was reminded that self love is a practice that needs to be practiced everyday! Surrounding myself with positive thoughts can help change my future into the most loving version of myself. And also that my emotions are there to help me realize what I need to address for a more loving life. Rylee always aknowledged me lovingly, and brought joy to me just by being her joyful self. She radiated love and wisdom and acknowledged our struggles as well. She has so many more seeds of wisdom and love she is planting just because you can tell she enjoys rising in love with the world. She was so lovely and I enjoyed every drop.” -Kiley, G. Hawaii
“Rylee is an incredible teacher and thought leader. She values the potential in each individual and inspires growth all while facilitating group shares in a beautiful space. Not only is she knowledgeable but it is obvious that she has put in the time, effort and work to provide the best quality workshop. I would highly recommend any experience she provides. Thank you for your high vibration offerings full of love!” Shana C. Guatemala & Mexico
