The following terms and conditions form a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“User”) and WildWomanHealing LLC, a business created on the Island of Hawai’i. WildWomanHealing LLC may modify, amend, supplement, and replace these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Your continued use of this Site after any change means you have accepted the changed terms and conditions.

This also applies to any products or services you may purchase through the Site.

*Important Information about refunds.* All coaching packages, classes, retreats, workshops, products, and services through WildWomanHealing LLC and this site are final sale and non-refundable. No exceptions. (Please see below for information about cancellation and refund policy about retreats).

These terms and conditions and any other legal notices, policies, and guidelines of WildWomanHealing LLC linked to these terms and conditions or contained on this Site constitute the entire agreement between you and WildWomanHealing LLC relating to your use of this Site and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter. This agreement may not be amended or modified except by WildWomanHealing LLC.

In no event shall WildWomanHealing LLC or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to view or use the materials or content on Site as well as affiliated social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, Tumblr, Email, YouTube) even if WildWomanHealing LLC has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

It may happen that we share some our clients success stories/testimonies and some details around what their personal success looks like. Once again, their success is NOT A GUARANTEE for your success and we are simply showing what results are possible through our programs, courses, retreats, and workshops not that everyone will get these results from our programs and services.

WildWomanHealing LLC’s web server may store your personal information when you interact on the Site. WildWomanHealing LLC will be as accommodating as possible and delete any of your information it contains upon requests made by you. Retreats

WildWomanHealing LLC highly encourages you to read our and our Terms and Conditions as well as Privacy Policy before you explore our website, just so you are clear on expectations from using the Site. Your continual use of the Site and/or purchase of retreats as well as any other products and services by WildWomanHealing LLC will be deemed acceptance of the terms in our aforementioned documents. Of course, if you do not wish to be bound by our terms, policies and disclaimers, you can always leave the Site immediately and never return. The decision is always yours.

BY PURCHASING ANY RETREATS FROM WILDWOMANHEALING LLC YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW AS WELL AS THE AFOREMENTIONED STATEMENTS ABOVE IN OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS PAGE AND PRIVACY POLICY PAGE.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Welcome to WildWomanHealing LLC (“WildWomanHealing LLC”). By proceeding to purchase any of WildWomanHealings LLC’s retreats, classes, products, or any service(s), you (the “user”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions below as well as the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy mentioned above. Our Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time, prior to notifying you. The user agrees to be bound by any future amendments made to the Terms and Conditions. The user is responsible for reviewing the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time. (Updated November 11th, 2024).

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel, you can submit cancelation by 90 days days of retreat start-date to receive a refund, minus deposit.

To cancel, please email WildWomanHealing at wildwhealing@gmail.com.

For cancellation requests submitted more than 90 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.

For cancellation requests within 90 days of the retreat: no refunds or credits are given for any reason.

No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend or for arriving late or leaving early due to any reason.

No refunds or credits will be granted for any reason after retreat, during retreat, or within 90-day period before retreat start date.

WildWomanHealing LLC deserves the right to cancel retreat if minimum sign ups (decided by WildWomanHealing LLC) are not reached 30 days prior to retreat start-date. (Deposits will be refunded).

Students will be refunded (with the exception of non-refundable deposit and processing fee through WeTravel) should the instructor(s) need to cancel the retreat for any reason including but not limited to: illness, physical deterioration, weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies.

Students FLIGHT(S) and/or ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION COSTS and/or GENERAL TRAVEL EXPENSES OR ANY EXPENSES OUTSIDE OF RETREAT EXPERIENCE YOU ARE SIGNED UP FOR Will NOT BE REIMBURSED . This includes anything Covid-related, work-related, and anything personal (family, child-care, medical, emotional, etc.) will NOT be reimbursed should the instructor cancel the retreat.

Unfortunately, There are NO REFUNDS available for any reason including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, pandemics, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies; change of mind. This includes all Covid-related cancellations (illness, travel, borders flight, quarantines, tests, lock downs, etc).

The additional purchase of TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly highly recommended to provide the utmost protection for all students, and to prevent financial loss.

DISCLAIMERS

All reservations and bookings are first come first serve.

WildWomanHealing LLC is not responsible for airline cancelations, missed flights, or any transportation issues prior to the retreat (including, but not limited to Covid related instances and restrictions) and after retreat.

Student agrees to be responsible for paying for any processing fees through our affiliated partner sites.

VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED if you are leaving your home country to attend the retreat.

The deposit fee is non-refundable as well as processing fees from affiliated sites and other applicable processing fees (including but not limited to taxes).

Travel insurance is NOT included in the price of the retreat, and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for ultimate protection.

If you do not specify who your roommate is we will assume you are open to any guest (if applicable).

WildWomanHealing LLC is not responsible and/or liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or missing items before retreat, during retreat, and after retreat.

You must sign and return liability waiver and retreat contract BEFORE the first day of the retreat.

If you do not have a roommate you will be paired with another guest who is not yet assigned a roommate (if applicable). If you do not specify that you are booking for two guests during check out (if booking shared room choice) we will assume you are a SINGLE GUEST booking a SHARED ROOM that may have to SHARE A BED in some circumstances.

All bed assignments are FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVE. Rooms will be decided by retreat hosts.

If you have specific requests or needs for your room, we will do our BEST to accommodate you, however we cannot guarantee.

The total cost paid is for one space on the retreat (covering room, food, transportation that is included).

You must pay your total retreat balance at least 45 days prior to the retreat start date. (CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED UPON ARRIVAL).

WildWomanHealing LLC is not responsible nor liable for any retreat participant who contracts Covid (any strain) before, during, or after the retreat.

You must comply with all Covid procedures with the place (country and/or retreat space being used for retreat) of retreat. Failure to do so will result in non-access into retreat. Your retreat purchase will be non-fundable if this occurs and WildWomanHealing LLC will NOT be liable for any (including anything outside of retreat) reimbursements for any reason. Please be mindful of this and remain up-to-date with any rules and precautions at the retreat space and the country you will be traveling to. THIRD PARTY VENDORS AND AFFILIATES

During the retreats, there will be third-party vendors providing services including catering, transportation, lodging, and activities (when applicable). WildWomanHealing LLC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any of these vendors or Third Party affiliates. Although WildWomanHealing LLC strives to provide the best services and products available, WildWomanHealing LLC has no control over such third party vendors and WildWomanHealing LLC is not responsible or liable for any products, materials, actions, or services, or the lack thereof. The user further acknowledges and agrees that WildWomanHealing LLC is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on such third party vendors, goods, services, or actions

SEVERABILITY

UNCONDITIONAL AND FULL GENERAL RELEASE

USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD WILDWOMANHEALING LLC AND ANY OF IT’S AFFILIATES AND/OR THIRD PARTIES HARMLESS FROM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSSIONS OF WILDWOMANHEALING LLC AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATIES AND/OR THIRD PARTIES FROM ANY SUIT, CLAIM, ACTION, COUNTERCLAIM, LOSS, EXPENSE OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER AS A RESULT OF CLAIMS, DEMANDS, COSTS OR JUDGMENTS ARISING OUT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF WILDWOMANHEALING LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, AGENTS, AND EMPLOYEES.

USER FURTHER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD WILDWOMANHEALING LLC AND ALL OF ITS AFFILIATES HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, JUDGMENT, LIABILITY OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING LEGAL FEES) SUFFERED BY OR RENDERED AGAINST WILDWOMANHEALING LLC ON ACCOUNT OF ANYTHING ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES PURCHASED BY USER OR RETREATS PROVIDED BY WILDWOMANHEALING LLC.
