Stage 1: Shed

Welcome to stage one of the five stages of rewilding yourself: shed!

You must first shed what no longer works or aligns for you. You may not be aware of what this is yet, especially in the beginning stages. This is ok. The more you shed and begin to connect with your true self, the more you will know what can stay and what to let go.

Shedding can look like releasing beliefs about yourself, your life, your roles, and even who you think you are. It can also look like letting go of relationships, media/hobbies, routines, jobs, and choices that do not align. This can feel scary, but I promise you that through this fear comes beauty and alignment.

Here is my separate video on shedding (if you missed/skipped over the five stages video in the intro session, or you just need a refresher! This is from my “what stage are you on in your rewilding journey quiz”. The rest of the content below will be various trainings and attachments that I have cultivated on my journey back to my wild and true self that I found best fit with this stage. I will be adding more as I continue to explore and expand around this stage.

Enjoy wild sister,

Rylee
