I am so excited to present you with this information that bridges the gap between ancient and new ways of healing. Human Design has helped me to create much more acceptance, validation, and love for myself, others in my life, and my journey. I hope it does the same for you:).

 Practices For the Week

Below you will find a PDF containing practices, reflection questions, and mantras for all nine of the energy centers in Human Design: Defined and Undefined.

I encourage you to read through them and choose a practice or two that really call to you and embody them for the week! Don’t feel like you have to do all of them at once. You can also choose to focus your awareness on the yoga-nidra meditation below that allow you to get into your body and out of your head. Enjoy!

Listen to my 30-minute yoga-nidra/mindfulness/realsing meditation above to help you get out of your head and back int your body. This meditation will help you to:

  • Get out of your head and back into your body to feel more relaxed and calm.

  • Release judgments of what you “should” be feeling in order to feel more loving acceptance for yourself and your experience.

  • Practice taking steps into your experience of being with your emotions and sensations and steps out of your experience to feel more capable of working through your emotions and sensations in healthy ways that feel good for you.

    Get comfy! Light a candle or incense. Make it fun and feel good for you:). Get something to write with and on as well for reflection time after.
