Welcome to stage four of your rewilding journey: integrate!!

This is an amazing stage to be at as you begin to come back to wholeness. In this stage you start integrating in ALL aspects of you: your shadows, your inner-child, your emotions, your trauma, etc. in order to come back to your wild and true self!

Note: This is NOT to say that you are not whole already. Rather, this stage is about coming back to this wholeness that you may have been separated from due to conditioning and experiences.

Integration stage consists of integrating in ALL aspects of yourself. As we continue shedding conditioned ways of being , connect to our highest self, and uncover who we truly are, we can begin to become aware of the many parts that make up: you.

You may have fragmented pieces of yourself that were once separated. At this stage it is important to ACCEPT ALL PARTS OF YOURSELF and integrate them in.

So many of us have “shadows” or parts of ourselves we don’t like and so we push them away. These parts of ourselves disagree with other parts of ourselves. In order to truly embody your wild and true self, you must being all of these together in wholeness. They don’t have to necessarily like one-another, but they must work together instead of against one-another.

Integrating can look like:

-Self-Love (accepting and recognizing your shadows, emotions, and experience).

-Dialoguing with many aspects of yourself to release confusion, friction, and tension.

-Bridging the gap between the mind and the body. Becoming aware that BOTH your mind and your body have wisdom to share with you and that they can work together rather than a part.

Check out my video below on integrating if you missed it in my Rewilding Stages video on the intro page or you need a refresher! I will be adding in more videos and attachments pertaining to this stage as we go:).

Happy integrating!

Watch my self-love training video below. Self-love is so important in healing the parts of us that we may feel shameful or guilty about. The more we love ourselves, the more compassionate we are towards ourselves and others and the better relationships we have.

Watch my intro to shadow-work video below. I will be explaining what shadows are, the importance of working with them and accepting them in order to heal, as well as how to work with them!
