Hey all! Here is a link to all of my pre-recorded yoga videos I will be putting up via Ribbon. Most of these videos will be outside in nature, mainly on the Big Island of Hawaii. Some may be in other places as I travel around:). I always seek to be as authentic as possible; because of this I will not be editing my videos a lot as well as for the sake of my time. I want to be real so these videos will not be super polished and perfect. That is totally fine with me because I prefer to be perfectly imperfect while trying my best to give you all a quality yoga practice. This is a new endeavor for me and I am learning, so please me patient as I continue to grow and find my footing with this project.
